Fred Herbert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business consulting. Currently serving as the Manager of Project Resource Management & Governance and Product Manager at GM Financial since July 2019, Fred focuses on enhancing data projects to boost performance and profitability, working on initiatives such as Salesforce data migration, Data Lake and Snowflake projects, and Power BI reporting. Prior to GM Financial, Fred founded Fred Herbert Consulting Group in April 2010, providing strategic assessments and performance improvement for a Fortune 10 Oil and Gas company, among other large projects. Fred also owned PE3 Consulting from March 2007 to February 2011, helping business owners maximize the value of their businesses through exit planning and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. Earlier experience includes serving as Quality Manager at Branch Smith Printing, contributing to ISO 9000 standards and the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Fred holds credentials from the American Society for Quality and the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
