Deepak Garg has extensive experience in technical writing and instructional design, currently serving as the Principal Technical Writer at SDG Corporation since October 2012, specializing in IT security and risk management solutions. Prior to this role, Deepak held the position of Instructional Designer at iYogi Inc. from February 2008 to March 2012, where responsibilities included creating user and product manuals while analyzing training requirements for stakeholders. Additionally, Deepak worked as a self-employed Instructional Designer cum Technical Writer Consultant from 2008 to 2012 and held the position of Senior Tech at vCustomer from 2003 to 2005.
