Ivan Sarasa Carrera

Ivan Sarasa Carrera has over 20 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Ivan is currently the CFO EMEA & North America at SDG Group since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. for 14 years from 2006 to 2020. During their time there, they held various roles including Senior Director Finance Global Accounts, EANZ FP&A Center of Excellence Director, Finance Manager Spain & Portugal, and Controller Spain & Portugal. Ivan successfully implemented financial planning and analysis best practices, standardization, and automation, resulting in improved budgeting, forecasting, margin management, reporting, and analytics. Before joining Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., Ivan worked at Amgen from 2001 to 2006, where they led a successful SAP FI/CO implementation across multiple regions and served as a senior accountant.

Ivan Sarasa Carrera attended the IESE Business School in 2019, where they completed the Programa Desarrollo Directivo (PDD), an Executive General Management Program. Prior to this, they participated in the Foundations of Financial Excellence (FFX) - Finance Leadership Program at TRI Corporation, which they completed in 2013. In 2005, they obtained a degree in Economic Science from Universitat de Barcelona. Earlier, in 2001, they completed a Marketing and Commercial Management program at I.E.M.
