Pedro Cortés MacÍas

Pedro Cortés Macías has a diverse work experience. Pedro started their career in 2014 as a Musician-Guitarist at AGUIROVALFER S.L. In 2019, they joined iTEKNA Architecture and Engineering Technical Office as a Technical Office Engineer Intern, where they successfully reduced management time of electrical certificates by integrating data from different sources. Pedro later became a Facilities Project Engineer, implementing energy-saving measures such as saving 53% on a customer's electricity bill through photovoltaic installation and saving +800€/year by optimizing the materials used in a residential building. As of 2022, Pedro is working at SDG Group as a Data Analyst.

Pedro Cortés Macías has a diverse education history, with a focus on engineering and data science. In 2007, they obtained a Bachelor of Music degree majoring in performance - Guitar from the Conservatorio profesional de música Gonzalo Martín Tenllado.

From 2014 to 2017, Pedro pursued a BSc in Industrial Technology Engineering at Universidad de Málaga. Their specialization in this program was mechanical, thermal, and fluid engineering. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2020, they enrolled in the Universidad de Málaga for an MSc in Industrial Engineering, with a specialization in computational fluid dynamics.

Previously, in 2020, Pedro obtained a certification in "Eficiencia Energética" from COGITI Consejo General de la Ingeniería Técnica Industrial de España. In 2018, they completed a course on "Tecnología de vehículos eléctricos ligeros" at Universidad de Málaga, and in 2017, they acquired skills in "Diseño mecánico con SolidWorks" from Grupo PROCAD.
