Shubhdeep Ahluwalia has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Shubhdeep began their career as a Sandwich Artist at Subway, where they gained valuable operational skills and demonstrated strong communication and customer service skills. Shubhdeep then worked as a Customer Service Associate at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc before transitioning to a Market Research Analyst role at WeGo | CITY.

Shubhdeep's career in business intelligence began in 2016 with their first role as a Business Analyst at SDG Group. Shubhdeep then progressed to become a Business Intelligence Consultant and worked on various projects, including leading all Qlik projects for Janssen Supply Chain. In their role as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant, they managed tasks, prioritized projects, and coached a team of Consultants and Business Analysts. Shubhdeep also served as a scrum master in Agile projects, ensuring alignment and guiding the team towards project delivery.

Currently, Shubhdeep holds the position of Business Intelligence Manager at SDG Group, where they continue to lead projects, manage expectations with clients, and contribute to business generation and pipeline management. Shubhdeep Ahluwalia obtained a Master's Degree in Business Management from INSA, Business, Marketing & Communication School from 2016 to 2017.

Prior to that, from 2014 to 2015, Shubhdeep Ahluwalia pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in IT Strategic Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

In 2012 to 2013, Shubhdeep Ahluwalia completed a Bachelor's of Science (BSc) Hons. in Applied Business Computing from the University of Sunderland.
