Steve Carney

Steve Carney is an experienced Project Manager currently serving as a Contract PM at KellyOCG since January 2024. Prior to this role, Steve has been with SDI International Corp since January 2017, managing projects for Motorola Solutions, including the San Diego County CA RCS rebanding project and various implementations in Southern California. Steve's extensive tenure with Motorola Solutions began in January 2015, following a successful period as Program Manager at LCC from November 2006 to January 2017, where Steve managed multiple rebanding initiatives, including the Ohio MARCS project. Previous experience includes serving as Managing Partner at Wave Management LLC and a notable tenure at Liberty Communications Inc as Partner and Vice President, where Steve significantly expanded the company's 800 MHz SMR network. Steve's career began as a Radio Installer at Motorola C&E from 1979 to 1982. Education includes Temple University and practical experience referred to as the School of Hard Knocks.
