Amanda Hudswell

Amanda Hudswell has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the VP of People at SDImktg. Before that, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Further Consulting Inc. Amanda has also held various HR leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources at Rogers Media, Associate Vice President of HR at TD Bank Group, and Vice President of HR at Citi Cards Canada Inc. Amanda began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Consumer Impact Marketing and later held similar roles at Empori.com and Bell Canada.

Amanda Hudswell completed their education at the University of Western Ontario from 1989 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Sociology and Human Resources. Following this, they attended Humber College in 1992 to 1993, obtaining a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources.

In addition to their formal education, Amanda obtained the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification from the Human Resources Professional Association in January 1994. More recently, in April 2016, they achieved the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coach Federation.
