Rick Zuccarelli

Rick Zuccarelli is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience as a Senior Network Engineer at SDI Presence since May 2020 and a Network Architect at Northwestern Memorial Hospital from January 1997 to May 2020. At Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Rick was responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and supporting the LAN and WAN infrastructure and managed the Enterprise Network Infrastructure Team. Rick possesses expertise in configuring and supporting various Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls, as well as Cisco IP phones and Call Manager. Rick holds multiple degrees in Computer Science, Management, and Information Technology from Purdue University.
