Maxime Gandon

Maxime Gandon is an experienced professional currently serving as the Gérant at Coach Formation 84 since November 2020, overseeing a QUALIOPI-certified training organization. In addition to administrative and financial responsibilities related to training actions, Maxime has taken on multiple roles, including Formateur Premiers Secours en Santé Mentale at PSSM France, and has a long-standing position as a national Handball Referee for the Fédération française de handball and as a Beach Handball Referee. Maxime also contributes skills as a Sapeur-pompier Caporal and trainer in first aid at SDIS84, while holding various roles related to first aid training across different organizations. Recently, Maxime served as a technical official at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and has gained extensive educational qualifications, including a Master in Human Resource Management and a Chef de Service de Sécurité Incendie et d’Aide à la Personne certification.
