Ayush Gupta

Ayush Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ayush started their career as an Event Coordinator at Innocept Studio Pvt. Ltd, where they gained experience in organizing corporate events and leading a team. Ayush then worked at HCL Technologies as a Summer Intern, completing a project on a Bug Tracking System and receiving training in Microsoft Dot Net, SaaS, and SQL.

Ayush then joined Wipro Technologies as an IT Analyst, where they were involved in requirement gathering and project coordination for Oracle Hyperion Planning applications. Ayush later transitioned to the role of Software Engineer, developing Oracle Hyperion Essbase objects and facilitating meetings with clients to document requirements.

After Wipro, Ayush interned at Sunquest Information Systems, where they facilitated market healthcare research, analyzed healthcare data using SQL and Tableau, and provided recommendations based on clients' business requirements.

Ayush then had an internship at Vantage West Credit Union as a Project Management Intern, where they spearheaded a project on customer retention using SQL, created BI dashboards and reports using Tableau, and performed time series data analysis for predictive analytics.

Currently, Ayush is working at SDLC Partners, L.P. as a Technical Program Manager. Ayush is responsible for leading technology projects to transition and migrate Delaware Medicaid Interfaces. Their role includes developing and maintaining project management plans, managing project budgets, and coordinating with client stakeholders.

Ayush Gupta attended Mata Jai Kaur Public School from 1995 to 2008 for their primary and secondary education. Ayush then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from Amity University Delhi, completing it between 2008 and 2012. In 2009, they obtained a certification in Microsoft Office from NIIT Technologies Limited.

Ayush later advanced their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management. This program took place from 2015 to 2017.

More recently, Ayush pursued further specialization by completing a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Project Management from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. This program was undertaken from 2019 to 2021.
