William J. Laffin

William J. Laffin has extensive work experience in project management and business development. William J. started their career at Andersen Consulting in 1992, where they worked as a Manager for seven years. William J. then joined marchFIRST as a Manager from 1999 to 2001. At UBS, they served as a Senior Business Analyst, focusing on improving the Earnings and Distributions process and managing team tasks and issue resolution. From 2001 to 2009, they worked at Keane, Inc. as a Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst. During this time, they also worked at State Street Corp as a Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst. William J. joined NTT DATA Services in 2009 as a Strategic Staffing Manager and Employee Development professional. The following year, they became the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Regent Technologies, LLC. From 2010 to 2019, they worked at BNY Mellon as a Senior IT Project Manager, leading cross-matrixed teams and managing major strategic projects. Currently, they are employed at SDLC Partners as a Senior IT PM Coach and Senior Consultant Project Manager, providing coaching and mentoring support, as well as implementing strategic improvements for a healthcare client.
