Oksana Zorii

Oksana Zorii has extensive work experience in Human Resources. Oksana began their career in 2013 as a Recruiter for the National Net of Clothing Stores. In 2014, they moved on to Intmaks as a Recruiter/HR Manager. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at TapMedia in two roles: HR People Partner and HR Coordinator. In their most recent role, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager for Sdui, where they identified and contacted candidates through various networks, implemented and maintained the applicant management, created job descriptions and job advertisements, and conducted telephone interviews and initial interviews.

Oksana Zorii has a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz, obtained in 2020. Oksana also has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management/Personnel Administration, General from Donetsk National Technical University, obtained in 2014. In addition, they have obtained a Certificate of International Coaches Union from the Coaching Institute ICU (Coaching Center ICU) in 2014, a European Business Competence* Licence from the International Centre of EBC*L in 2012, and an English Language Course from the American English Center in 2011.
