Nikki Cross

Nikki Cross is an experienced talent acquisition and strategy professional with a strong focus on climate initiatives and the circular economy. Currently serving as VP of Talent Acquisition & Strategy at Sea Change since November 2019, Nikki partners with climate-focused innovators and investors to deliver tailored talent solutions. Prior to this, Nikki was Managing Partner at Enertech Search Partners from January 2018 to January 2022, specializing in recruiting for companies committed to addressing global challenges. Additionally, Nikki held the role of Associate Partner at Momenta Partners from September 2018 to December 2019 and served as Benefits Manager for Ventura County from January 2016 to June 2017. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from UCLA and a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Finance from California State University Channel Islands.
