Andrew Childs

Andrew Childs is a highly skilled construction project manager with extensive experience in managing high-end residential projects at Sea-Dar Construction since June 2011. In the role of Manager of Process & Innovation, along with prior responsibilities as Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager, Andrew has specialized in urban brownstone renovations, luxury condo fit-outs, and suburban estates, undertaking projects with costs ranging from $300 to over $2,000 per square foot. Andrew's competencies include construction permit applications, cost control procedures, project scheduling, bid package assembly, and on-site safety compliance. Prior experience as an Engineer's Assistant at Childs Engineering Corporation involved structural analyses, fluid flow designs, bid component assembly, and underwater inspections. Andrew holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, further enriched by education at Swinburne University of Technology and Universidad EARTH.
