Michael Garcia

Michael Garcia has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over several roles and companies. Michael'smost recent position was as Vice President of Human Resources at SEA Electric, where they started in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Henkels and McCoy from January 2011 to the present. Michael also served as a Human Resources Manager at various companies, including Kenny Construction Company from May 2007 to September 2010, Invenergy from November 2005 to December 2006, CVL USA, Inc. from 2004 to 2005, The Bekins Company from 2001 to 2004, InterPark from June 1997 to April 2001, and MacNeal Hospital as a Benefits Administrator from 1994 to 1997.

Michael Garcia attended North Central College from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management.
