Rachael Han, EIT, is an accomplished Ocean Engineer at Sea Engineering, Inc. since September 2024, specializing in coastal processes, beach erosion assessment, and environmental assessments. Prior experience includes a role as a Civil Design Engineer at SSFM International, where road design and climate resiliency planning were key responsibilities. Rachael also served as a Climate Impacts Research Specialist at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, focusing on socio-economic implications of sea level rise, and as an Executive Assistant for the Society of Native Hawaiian Engineers, promoting representation within engineering fields.
