Mr. Ross is theCEO of Sea Engineering, Inc. He has over 40 years’ experience in diving, underwater construction, construction project management, quality control management, salvage, and inspection projects throughout the Pacific Basin, including Alaska and California, and in Puerto Rico. Mr. Ross has over 40 years of marine construction experience with a focus on marine pipeline construction and repair, pier and wharf construction and repair, and marine hazardous waste search and recovery. He has worked closely with federal, state, and county governments.
