Marc Shorten

Marc Shorten is currently working as HEO Food and Fisheries Support Unit at Sea-Fisheries Protection Authority (SFPA). Prior to this, Marc held positions such as Ecologist at Malachy Walsh and Partners, RfP & Sales Support Manager, Associate Director of Global Compliance, RFP Co-ordinator, and Share Plan Analyst at Global Shares. Marc also worked as a Senior Researcher at Daithi O'Murchu Marine Research Station and as a Consulting Statistical Analyst at the Sea-Fisheries Protection Authority (SFPA). Marc holds a Master of Science (MSc) from University College Cork, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Zoology/Animal Biology from University College Cork, and has completed Level 1 of the Certified Equity Professional Program at Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
