Pamela Rizzo

Pamela Rizzo, M.A., CHT has a diverse and extensive work experience. Pamela currently holds the position of Director of Learning and Development at Sea Island Company since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Training and Development at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa from 2021 to 2022. Pamela also worked as the Vice President, Owner, Innkeeper at Horse Stamp Inn Bed & Breakfast from 2017 to 2020, where they managed day-to-day operations and achieved significant accomplishments such as increased occupancy and successful wedding planning. From 2005 to 2016, Pamela worked at Kohler Co. in various roles, including Training Manager and Senior Training Specialist, where they made significant contributions to improving service culture and environment. Pamela also gained experience in business and organizational development at Pulera Auto Care Center from 2004 to 2005, and as a Workforce Development Trainer at Goodwill Industries from 2002 to 2004. Pamela started their career as a Circulation Coordinator at ULINE from 1999 to 2001. With their diverse background and demonstrated achievements, Pamela Rizzo is a highly experienced professional in the field of learning and development.

Pamela Rizzo holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Adult Education from Alverno College, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they pursued Interdisciplinary Area Studies and Human Resources at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside from an unspecified start year to 1996. Pamela Rizzo also attended Tremper High School from 1980 to 1983. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained various certifications in the field of education and training, including being a Certified Hospitality Trainer from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, and a Crucial Conversations Certified Trainer from Vital Smarts.
