Simmons Allison

Simmons Allison is an experienced facilities and area manager with a career spanning over two decades in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at Sea Island Shrimp House since January 2018, Simmons has also held the position of Area Manager at the same establishment since August 2001. Prior experience includes a role as General Manager at Bourbon Street Cafe from August 2000 to August 2001 and General Manager at Souper Salad from July 1998 to August 2000.
