Paul Dorothy

Paul Dorothy is an experienced civil engineer and project manager with a robust background in transportation planning, traffic engineering, and geometrics. Currently a Project Engineer at S-E-A since November 2013, Paul has held significant roles such as Principal at White Star Engineering Consultants and Senior Associate at Cambridge Systematics, Inc., focusing on transportation operations and simulation modeling. Prior experience includes director roles at Burgess & Niple, where Paul led operational modeling practices and managed a variety of projects impacting public safety and transportation systems, while also facilitating extensive public engagement initiatives. Paul holds a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University.
