Tina Smagala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and leadership development. Currently serving as the Owner/Franchisee of Sea Love, a Candle Bar and Boutique at Coconut Point Mall since January 2025, Tina focuses on creating customized candle experiences for various groups. Prior to this role, Tina was the Director of Talent Management & Leadership Development at Exelon from August 2016 to December 2024, where leadership capabilities were enhanced for a large IT organization. Previous positions included Senior Manager of IT Talent & Training and Principal Consultant for Talent Management. With experience at Paychex and Verizon Wireless, Tina has consistently contributed to the development of leadership programs and strategies, leading teams and implementing impactful training initiatives. Tina holds a degree from St. Bonaventure University.
