Chelsa Greene

Chelsa Greene, DNP, FNP-BC, is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner currently working at Sea Mar Community Health Centers since December 2021. Previously, Chelsa served as an ARNP Resident at the same organization and worked as a Pediatric Registered Nurse with New Alternatives For Children, where responsibilities included clinical assessments and health education for at-risk families. Chelsa has a robust clinical background that includes a clinical externship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and extensive nursing rotations at Columbia University School of Nursing, focusing on various medical specialties. With a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Columbia University and a Master’s in Nursing, Chelsa also has experience in reproductive health and community health education, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient care and community service.
