Clark Buffam

Clark Buffam serves as the Chief Operating Officer at SEA.O.G since June 2019, specializing in engineered solutions for the blue economy, including heavy transport and marine support. Buffam has held leadership roles at Float Freight LLC and Base.io since August 2021 and June 2018, respectively, and previously served as Director at American Offshore Services, successfully founding the company and leading the development of a Jones Act compliant crew transfer vessel. As the Founder of Gulf Marine Contractors from March 2017 to December 2022, Buffam provided marine and logistics contracting along with rig recycling solutions. Additional experience includes roles at TLR - Total Logistics Resource, Inc. and Inchcape Shipping Services, where Buffam managed logistics support services and operations in marine environments. Clark Buffam holds a BA in Political Science from Washington State University.
