Marius Molenaar

Marius Molenaar serves as Operations Assistant and Senior Sea Ranger at Sea Ranger Service since January 2024, collaborating with the Head of Operations to streamline ship operations through process standardization and software implementation. Prior experience at Sea Ranger Service includes a role as Sea Ranger, where Marius contributed to ocean conservation projects aboard a sailing workboat. Additional experience encompasses sociotherapeutic work at Bij Ons Zorginstelling, where Marius supported clients with behavioral challenges, and an operational planning role at Cycloon Post en Fietskoeriers. Marius has also gained research insight through internships at Politie Nederland and KNVB, along with various other positions in customer service and city management. Marius holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
