Carol Lin

Carol Lin is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Talent and Culture at Sea to Summit Global since June 2023. Previously, Carol held the position of Head of People and Culture at VERIDAPT Pty Ltd from May 2021 to May 2023. Carol's extensive background includes roles such as Head of Human Resources at WorldFirst, where a key focus was on integrating people and culture into the Alibaba Group post-acquisition. Additional experience includes significant positions at Tapestry and BRP, as well as foundational roles at GSK, adidas, Hannspree, and Underwriters Laboratories. Carol holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and is a Certified Organisational Coach, having completed coursework at the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
