Qianli

Qianli Ma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent companies. As a Senior Director at Sea since June 2020, Qianli Ma previously served as Director in the COO Office and held the position of Senior Compensation and Benefit Manager at Alibaba Group from April 2019 to June 2020. Prior experience includes a tenure at Google from September 2012 to March 2019, where Qianli Ma held various positions such as Head of APAC Payroll, Senior Global Process Manager, and Global Process Manager, managing teams and optimizing processes across the Asia Pacific region. Earlier roles include Assistant Vice President at Barclays Capital from May 2007 to August 2012, where critical leadership was provided to enhance operational efficiencies and client services.
