Archana Arunachalam

Archana Arunachalam has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2005. Archana began their career as a Project Engineer at Eurotherm - Invensys in Chennai. In 2007, they moved to Centre for Excellence in Organization Private Limited as Team Lead - Organizational Development. From 2010 to 2014, they were Group HR at Arjun Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. - India, where they handled complete HR and Administration for the Group, framed employee policies, recruited for senior management, and implemented key business performance initiatives. From 2014 to 2022, they worked at Kellogg Company in various roles, including AMEA LEAD - Talent Operations, Senior HR Business Partner- Global Business Services & Corporate Functions, HR Business Partner - Corporate Functions & HR Projects, and HR Business Partner -Sales. Currently, they are General Manager - People & Culture at Sea6 Energy Pvt Ltd.

Archana Arunachalam completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from SRM Easwari, Chennai in 2005. Archana then went on to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis, Pune.
