Hailey Bathurst

Hailey Bathurst serves as the Director of Business Development at SeaAhead since January 2022, focusing on federal and state agency relationships while ensuring stakeholder care. Previously, Bathurst held the role of Strategic Development Specialist at SeaAhead, leading initiatives to support bluetech startups and addressing coastal and climate resiliency challenges. Prior experiences include managing operations and fostering partnerships at Doctor's Choice, and serving as a Community Economic Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps. Bathurst has also contributed to health and wellness initiatives at Social Enterprise Greenhouse and held various roles in consulting, social media, and management in several organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Development Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Legal Studies from Roger Williams University.
