Jeremy Sherman

Jeremy Sherman currently serves as the Sr Director of Seaboard Audit Services at Seaboard Corporation, a position held since April 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing the company-wide compliance process for Sarbanes-Oxley regulations, acting as an internal consultant for business process changes, and supporting compliance with the audit fee approval process. Prior to this role, Jeremy served as the Sr Manager of Internal Audit at YRC Worldwide, Inc. from March 2005 to April 2008, where duties included department scheduling and budgeting and oversight of the internal audit function for the non-asset-based logistics segment. Jeremy holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Grove City College and is a graduate of Knoch High School.
