Ryan Conrod

Ryan Conrod has a diverse work experience. Ryan started their career as the President of Acadia Students' Union in 2004 and also served as a Member of the Board of Governors at Acadia University. In 2005, they became the Chair of the Board of Directors at the Canadian Alliance of Student Associations. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at McInnes Cooper as an Articled Clerk and later as an Associate Lawyer. In 2012, they joined Seaboard Transport as the Manager of Loss Control and Risk and also took on the role of Legal Counsel. Ryan then progressed within the Seaboard group, becoming the Legal Counsel and Director of Risk Management, then the Legal Counsel, Director of Risk Management and Human Resources, and finally the Vice President Risk Management and Human Resources / Legal Counsel. Their extensive experience in Risk Management and Legal Counsel positions demonstrates their expertise in these fields.

Ryan Conrod earned their Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Acadia University, where they studied from 2001 to 2006.
