Alisha Fredriksson

Alisha Fredriksson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, they co-founded and serves as the CEO of Seabound, a company they established in 2021. Prior to that, in 2021, they were a Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First.

Alisha also worked at Generation from 2019 to 2021 as a Global Partnerships Associate. Before that, they held multiple roles at Generation starting in 2017, including Data Fellow, Summer Data Fellow, and Curriculum Design Consultant.

In 2017, Alisha had a Global Schools Management Internship at Bridge International Academies. Alisha also worked as a Copy Editor at Swedish Press from 2016 to 2017 and as a K12 Lab Network Intern at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford in 2016.

Earlier in their career, Alisha founded their own venture, Seema Circle, from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Residential Assistant Program Coordinator at Minerva Project in 2014 and as a Global Talent Intern at Ashoka in 2015.

Alisha Fredriksson's education history begins with their completion of the Canadian Highschool Dogwood Diploma at Prince of Wales Secondary School (Mini School Program). Following this, they pursued an IB Diploma and UWC Project-Based Diploma at UWC Mahindra College. Alisha then attended Minerva University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business (Operations). Currently, they are enrolled at Y Combinator, pursuing a degree identified as W22.
