Liliana Garcia

Liliana Garcia is a Senior Learning & Development Manager at Seabourn Cruise Line, where responsibilities include overseeing learning initiatives and personnel development since May 2012. Prior experience at TeleTech spanned several roles, including Training Manager, where Liliana was accountable for managing training schedules, mentoring staff, and enhancing training processes. Before that, as a Training Supervisor, observation and evaluation of trainers and oversight of training material development were key duties.
