Thierry Tholon is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in the cruise industry, currently serving as Hotel Director at Seabourn Cruise Line since December 2022. Previously held the position of General Manager at Oceania Cruises for over 17 years, overseeing hotel operations on multiple ships. Prior roles include Food & Beverage Manager at Celebrity Cruises and The World of ResidenSea, as well as Executive Chef at Silversea and various other cruise lines. Thierry began a culinary career in restaurants across France and the UK, progressing through various chef positions. Educational qualifications include a Culinary degree from CFA Dardilly and Hotel Management from the Maritime Hotel Academy. Additional training encompasses crisis management, certified cruise management, and public health certifications.
