Olga Weih is a seasoned professional in coaching and counseling, currently serving as a Coach at BetterUp since May 2023, focusing on facilitating transformative journeys for employees. Additionally, Olga Weih operates Olga Weih Coaching as a Counsellor and Career Coach, providing therapeutic support utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
