Mark Lees

Mark Lees is an experienced professional in the aerospace and defense sectors, currently serving as Director - Head of Defence at Seabury Capital since November 2021, while also holding the position of Strategic Advisor at Algorithmi since June 2020. Previous roles include Independent Consultant in Strategy and M&A for Aerospace & Defence, Vice President of Strategy and M&A at Cobham, and various positions within Cobham, including Head of Business Development for Land Systems and Product Line Manager. Mark's early career features roles at Cobham Technical Services and Hexcel Corporation. Mark holds an Executive MBA from Imperial College Business School, as well as an MSc in Composite Materials and a BEng in Materials Science & Engineering, both from Imperial College London.
