Michael Cox

Michael Cox has extensive experience in financial management and restructuring advisory. Currently serving as Vice Chairman and Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Restructuring Advisory at Seabury Group since April 1998, Michael has a solid background that includes directorship at Gate Gourmet from 2006 to 2009 and a position as Director at Price Waterhouse LLP from 1995 to 1998. Prior to these roles, Michael was Vice President and Treasurer at Continental Airlines from 1984 to 1995 and held various positions at Texas Instruments from 1979 to 1982. Michael earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and completed undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University.
