Patrick Henry Dowling

Patrick Henry Dowling serves as the Global Head of Investment & Merchant Banking at Seabury Group since 2014, in addition to being the President and Chief Executive Officer of Seabury Corporate Finance LLC. Previously, Patrick held the position of Partner at Massif Partners from January 2010 to July 2014 and served as Senior Managing Director and Group Head of Corporate Finance at Tygris Commercial Finance between 2008 and 2010. Additional experience includes roles as Managing Director at CIT (2005-2008) and GE Capital (1984-2005), as well as Manager of Strategic Planning at Continental Group (1980-1984) and Senior Accountant at PwC (1976-1980). Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fordham University and a Juris Doctor degree from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
