A hands-on manager, Scott Andres likes to get involved and treat everyone equally regardless of their role. He has more than two decades of experience in the industry, a Lean manufacturing background, and a degree in commercial art and design. As manager of the premedia, planning, offset, and digital areas, Scott focuses on standardization, automation, and process improvements. He’s particularly interested in creating effective training for new employees and helping clients set up and transfer files in a way that ensures the best processes and results.
