Jodi McCall

Pastor, Seacoast Missions at Seacoast Church

Jodi McCall has been a pastor at Seacoast Church since 2012. Jodi previously served as the Director of Global Connections - Compassion and Justice Department at Willow Creek Community Church from 2008 to 2012. In this role, they led and oversaw Willow Creek's global initiative to serve the under-resourced in Latin America and Africa and to engage the Willow Creek community in global initiatives.

Jodi's responsibilities included leading and managing the global staff, assisting in partner design and development, grant allocation, relational development with field partners and research of best practices. Jodi also served as the chairman of the Africa and LA advisory boards, with ultimate approval of grants and responsibility for the Global budget, including the line item budget, designated gifts and the Celebration of Hope fund.

Jodi implemented the overall vision and design for the global department, including vision/mission, strategy and planning through mobilization, education/learning communities, website, serving teams and the sub-ministry and regional strategy. Jodi also provided oversight and direction to key events and special initiatives.

Jodi served on CJ leadership team to provide overall insight and direction for the ministry. Jodi coordinated and participated in “Church to Church” meetings with 10 plus US churches twice a year. Jodi also served as a member of the disaster relief team working with the other members in deciding where and how to respond to natural disasters locally and globally.

Jodi McCall received their BA in Sociology/Criminal Justice from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

They work with Garrett Abel - Pastor, Seacoast Music & Worship Development, Geoff Reppard - Pastor, Seacoast Small Groups & Marriage Ministry, and Lisa Surratt - Director, Seacoast Culture. Jodi McCall reports to Josh Walters, Executive Pastor, Seacoast Ministries.
