Alix Campbell is an experienced care coordinator with a focus on mental health, substance use recovery, and homelessness. Currently serving as a CTI Coach at Seacoast Mental Health Center since August 2022, Alix provides critical care coordination for clients transitioning from behavioral health stays. Previous roles include Community Care Coordinator at Connections For Health, where Alix supported clients facing substance use, homelessness, and complex medical needs, and Transitions Team Care Coordinator for Medicaid-eligible individuals.
