Kristen Malave

Kristen Malave, LCAM, has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Project Manager and Implementation Administrator, as well as Property Manager at Seacrest Services, Inc. since July 2015, where responsibilities include managing COA and HOA communities exceeding 500 units and ensuring efficient completion of projects. In addition to property management, Kristen is a Partner at Impact Digital Marketing since October 2020. Previous experience includes roles at AT&T, where Kristen excelled as Assistant Sales Manager, and Regal, where Kristen held multiple positions, including Associate Manager. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Florida International University and an Associate's degree in Marketing Communication Studies from Palm Beach State College.
