Gaurav Bhardwaj is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in the cruise and hospitality industry. Gaurav currently serves as Chef De Partie at SeaDream Yacht Club since June 2019, following a similar role at Regent Seven Seas Cruises from September 2017 to March 2019. Gaurav also held Chef De Partie positions at Carnival UK for over five years, and prior to that, worked as a Junior Sous Chef at Club Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Limited in Pune. Gaurav's culinary journey began with an executive training program at Club Mahindra, after which Gaurav earned a Bachelor's degree in Catering Technology and Culinary Arts from the Culinary Academy of India, graduating in 2010. Gaurav also completed education at DAV Centenary Public School in India.
