M. Anthony Lewis

M. Anthony Lewis is an advisor at SeaDrone. Prior to that, they were the VP, global head of the Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Compute Lab, Office of the CTO at HP from January 2018 to June 2020. Their responsibilities there included leading Deep Learning, Robotics and Disruptive Computing Research at HP. M. has also held positions as a Senior Director at Qualcomm, a Faculty Fellow at HRL Laboratories, LLC, and an Associate Professor and Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Arizona and University of Waterloo, respectively.

M. Anthony Lewis holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, and Neuroscience from the University of Southern California. M. also holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from USC, and a BS in Cybernetics with an applied math emphasis from UCLA. Additionally, they have certification from Coursera in Machine Learning data Lifescycle in Production, Introduction to Machine Learning in Production, Innovation & Entreprenurship- from basics to Open Innovation, and Introduction to Self-Driving Cars.
