David W. Heindel

David Heindel is the President of the Seafarers International Union of North America and the Chairman of the Seafarers Section at the International Transport Workers Federation. David has been the secretary-treasurer of the Seafarers International Union since February 1997 and started their career in 1973 as a U.S. Merchant Mariner.
