Erin Foley

Erin Foley is an accomplished engineering and program management professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Engineering Director in the CTO Office PMO at Seagate Technology, Erin is responsible for managing the PMO for Seagate's Research & Product Development organization, delivering technical program management services, and supporting cross-functional teams in process improvements. Previous roles at Seagate include Sr Manager and Sr Staff Engineer, focusing on advanced product and technology development. Erin's background also includes significant positions at DigitalGlobe, Inc. as Sr Program Manager, Rogue Wave Software as Director of Development, and Hewlett-Packard as a Technical Writer. Holding an M.A. in Latin American Studies from Stanford University and three B.A. degrees from Oregon State University, Erin has demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects, leading diverse teams, and driving business and operational improvements.
