Thomas A. Szlosek

Mr. Szlosek currently serves as Executive Vice President (“EVP”) and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of AutoNation, Inc. one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States. Previously, Mr. Szlosek held the roles of EVP and CFO of Avantor, Inc., a global provider of products and services addressing the life sciences and advanced technology industries, as well as Senior Vice President and CFO at Honeywell International. During his tenure at Honeywell, Mr. Szlosek spent over a decade in various leadership positions with increasing responsibilities. Prior to Honeywell, Mr. Szlosek spent eight years with GE Corporation where he held various finance leadership roles, including CFO of GE Medical Systems Asia, based in Japan, and CFO of GE Consumer Finance Europe. He is a certified public accountant and began his career in the audit practice at PwC. Mr. Szlosek currently serves as a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of RXO, Inc., a provider of brokered transportation solutions. Mr. Szlosek previously served as a director and a member of the audit committee of Janus International Group, Inc. from June 2021 to August 2025.
