Mattson Welles French Smith serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer at Uncle Bill since February 2023 and has been Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Seager Company, a distinctive outdoor and apparel brand, since August 2013. Past experiences include roles as a Marketing Ambassador for Anheuser-Busch, where relationships with local bar owners were fostered to boost Budweiser sales, and as a Student Brand Manager for Red Bull, focusing on brand promotion and sales strategies on campus. A brief internship at AFENDS contributed to expanding a successful Australian brand in the U.S., along with coaching for the United States Youth Volleyball League. Mattson holds a degree in International Studies: Sociology and International Business from UC San Diego, completed in 2016.
