Carmelo Cisca is an experienced operations coach and multiple stores operator currently working with Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group since September 2015. Previously, Carmelo held various roles including restaurant manager and assistant manager across multiple establishments such as La Republica, Sapori Di Mare, Embassy Club, and Agostiniana from 2005 to 2015. Carmelo's educational background includes a law degree from the University of Law in Catania and management-focused studies at City Institute in Australia, where diplomas and certificates in Business Administration were earned between 2012 and 2014.
