Currently serving as National Reservations Manager at Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group since September 2018, Lewis is responsible for maximizing booking strategies across multiple brands in Australia, the UAE, and the UK, focusing on profitability and efficiency. Previous roles include Reservations Project Manager, where Lewis optimized venue performance using the SevenRooms system, and Functions & Reservations Manager for 6HEAD. Prior to Seagrass, Lewis worked at Jamie Oliver Restaurants as Reservations Manager, managed customer sales at Apple, and led administrative teams at Fusion People and Asda.
